Wences is a pleasure to deal with. He returns calls and texts PROMPTLY – like NEVER FAILS. Might sound like a small thing but it’s just a pleasure to know you don’t have to go chasing after him (unlike a lot of people in the Boat Repair Business!). I’ve never had a billing problem but any minor questions are handled promptly and professionally by his capable front office staff.
